The MPPGCL Recruitment 2025 offers  the vacancies in  the Group B, Group C, and Group D categories. Some of the major posts include as under :

• Assistant Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil)  with a total of 73 vacancies only

• Junior Engineer (Plant Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil) with a total of 90 vacancies only

• Plant Assistant (Mechanical/Electrical)  with a total of 90 vacancies only

• Medical Officer  with a total of 2 vacancies only

• Security Officer  with a total of 2 vacancies only

• Office Assistant and  Store Assistant with a total of 19 vacancies only 

• Security Guard  and Ward Staff with a total of 41 vacancies only

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Assistant Engineer Posts: The candidates  should possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil).

• Junior Engineer Posts: A Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in their  respective fields is  mandatory.

• Plant Assistant Posts: 10th + ITI degree  in the relevant trade is required.

• Medical Officer: MBBS degree with MP Medical Council registration is essential for the post.

• Office Assistant & Stenographer: 10+2 with relevant computer/diploma qualifications.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years , for  the Group C & D posts

• Maximum Age: 40 years , relaxation to be given for the  reserved categories as per MP Govt norms

• Security Officer & Security Guard: For them upper age limit is 33 years only

Application Procedure

Selection Procedure

The MPPGCL Recruitment 2025 selection will be a three tier process as under:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): A 100-mark objective test covering the  technical and general aptitude topics.

2. Document Verification: The shortlisted candidates must submit  their original certificates for the  verification of the candidate.

3. Medical Examination, wherever applicable: Required for  the certain posts like Security Guard and Fireman.

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will receive a decent  salary package along with the other  additional benefits and perks:

• Assistant Engineer: Rs.56,100 – Rs.1,77,500 per month

• Junior Engineer: Rs.32,800 – Rs.1,03,600 per month

• Plant Assistant: Rs.25,300 – Rs.80,500 per month

• Office Assistant/Security Guard: Rs.15,500 – Rs.62,000 per month
